To find out exactly what foods are giving and taking away your energy, takes time, and a commitment from you, it will vary for every individual, therefore, no magic formulasuits all.

To feel energetic, full of life and confident means that not only will our lives be enriched, so will those of the people around us.

This is not a diet, just a straight forward attempt to understand our body chemistry and cravings.

The food you eat, the combinations you enjoy, the times that you eat them, could be contributing to your cravings, and making them worse!

For the next five days you must journal your food.

Write down everything you eat, what time you eat it, then 30-60 mins later how you feel emotionally and physically.

If you are not in the habit of taking breakfast, try it and journal your feelings.

This is where the commitment comes in. Expect to be enthusiastic for the first day or so, and then get bored, but remember, this could change your life! Keep going, pay attention, its not difficult, heighten your awareness of yourself! Try using different coloured pens for different moods.

Follow-up consultation, list of cupboard/fridge ingredients, details of where to buy on-line and have goods delivered as well as local sources of organic fruit and vegetables, a selection of menus and recipes, and tips – do’s, don’ts and common pitfalls.
